FCI Founders Bob Deane and Mac McQueen named to MCAA Industry Hall of Fame

Bob and Mac began their partnership in 1964 with the development of a thermal flow switch designed to provide service in the the oil/gas industry. Starting in Mac's home garage, the two engineers improvised with a kitchen candy thermometer, soldering iron, and a bowl of water to prove the validity of their initial sensor concept design and then began manufacturing the devices for a major U.S. oil company.
