Jury in case of army sergeant accused of attempting to murder his wife say no bullying took place during deliberations
A jury has publicly defended itself by denying any bullying took place during its deliberations in the trial of an army sergeant accused of attempting to murder his wife by tampering with her parachute.
The remaining seven women and three men of the jury in the case of Emile Cilliers produced a note to the judge at the start of Thursday's proceedings at Winchester crown court raising concerns about his directions to them the previous day.
