Configure Printer not responding in Control Center/Hardware
by Jerb44 from LinuxQuestions.org on (#4RJMY)
Operating System: PCLinuxOS 2019
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.62.0
Qt Version: 5.12.4
Kernel Version: 4.16.13-pclos1
OS Type: 64-bit
Processors: 4 i- Intel(R) Corea i3-2130 CPU @ 3.40GHz
Memory: 3.7 GiB of RAM
I'm getting no response when I click on "set up the printer" in Configuration/configure your computer/control center/hardware although other things like setting up scanner seem OK.
I think I need to reload part of CUPS and have tried doing that with all the green flagged items but still no response after reboot. I last ran Synaptic about 3 days ago and nothing was showing as broken.
Any ideas?
