Good Flowchart program

Hello,
I wanted to model my C program.
I thought that was what UML was for, so I started UML modeler and accessed the docs only to read, "UML is designed for Object Oriented software design and has limited use for other programming paradigms." -- https://docs.kde.org/stable5/en/kdes...ml-basics.html

But the recommendations are for the modeling of C like an OO language.
Any ideas for another piece of SW/data format that would work?
