My Own Ubuntu Build

i have been doing more than a bit of research on what would be best for me as far as linux versions and i've come up with the below:

ubuntu 18.04 cause it's supported to 2028
plasma 5.16
update kernel to the 5.2 series

would appreciate thoughts on this. thanks
