Altercation with ex-49er Brock was verbal, accuser says
After the domestic violence case against former San Francisco 49ers cornerback Tramaine Brock was dismissed Wednesday, his accuser released a statement Thursday saying the altercation between the two was verbal, not physical.
The mother of two of Brock's children confirmed that she elected not to testify. The case was dismissed based on a lack of evidence.

Brock was arrested and charged with felony domestic violence in April after the woman called police. The 49ers released him shortly afterward.
