[SOLVED] python, eric, "Could not start Qt-designer. Ensure that it is available as designer.

Whoever gets this error when using eric.
Web search is not quite helpful. And even some of them are worse.
In my situation (debian bullseye, amd64), whatever missing was the package, "qt4-designer".

P.S. Error message could also be "designer: could not exec '/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt4/bin/designer': No such file or directory'
