Learning TCPDUMP

Hello everyone,
I have basic experience with Linux. I'm here to learn from your experience with tcpdump. I have the ability to use this command on a network of around 70 users and at least to start, I'd like to filter traffic per host, learn what is normal traffic for them, so later I can tell what may be consider abnormal.
