Having trouble installing network driver for the inspiron 1501 on Zorin OS.

Hi everyone! I have an old Inspiron 1501 and decided to bring some life back into it by installing Zorin OS 15. Problem is... I can't get the network driver to install. I tried to open the driver installer but all it does is tell me it needs to install the Windows App Support for Zorin, but because I don't have any internet hooked up to the computer and can't hook it up with ethernet because I don't have a cord at the moment, I assume that's why its not installing. I tried to hook up my phone to the computer and use USB Tethering, but it keeps saying it failed to connect on the laptop. So I honestly have no clue what to do. I also tried looking at the dell website to see if they possibly have a driver for Linux. Of course... not. I would really appreciate if you can help me. I'm really new to Linux and I don't know much about it, so please go easy on me.
