The Oculus Quest 2's absorbent foam pads will become sweat-stained and dirtier the longer you use them. Worse, the foam causes skin irritation, to the point that Oculus recalled the Quest 2 and is offering a replacement silicone cover. While you can get that for free, alternative third-party covers made of leather, silicone, or other more comfortable materials are easier to clean and have better venting to prevent lens fogging. Starting with our personal favorite, the KIWI Design Facial Interface, here are the best Quest 2 face covers when it comes to coziness and cleanliness.Best overall: KIWI Design Facial InterfaceOne of the biggest Quest 2 issues is with excess lens fogging. The basic facial interface traps your heat and sweat inside the headset, which inevitably fogs up your POV — especially when playing active games or exercise apps. The XPan mode allows OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro to take breathtaking panoramic shots. In 1998, Hasselblad teamed up with Fujifilm to create the XPan, a 35mm film camera that shot photos in the standard 24 × 36mm format and stunning panoramas at 24 x 65mm. It was the first dual-format film camera, and it attained cult status among photographers. While Hasselblad never made a digital version of the XPan, it rolled out an adapter for its X series cameras that enabled the panoramic mode. Now, OnePlus is introducing the XPan camera mode on the OnePlus 9 series. The Chinese manufacturer worked with Hasselblad to bring the panoramic mode over to phones, offering two focal lengths: 30mm (7552 × 2798) and 45mm (7872 × 2916). The 30mm mode uses the wide-angle lens on the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro, with the 45mm mode relying on the primary camera module. Best answer: Tello uses T-Mobile's LTE and 5G network for its coverage, replacing the older Sprint network.Which network does Tello use?Like many of the best MVNO carriers, Tello uses T-Mobile's nationwide LTE and 5G network for its coverage. In the past, Tello used Sprint, but all plans activated recently will be on the T-Mobile network. This is great for most users because T-Mobile has worked hard over the past few years to build a very competitive network. So as long as your phone supports T-Mobile's LTE band 71, you'll get great coverage. One nice thing about T-Mobile's network is that 5G is included if you have a 5G-compatible phone. T-Mobile's 5G coverage uses both band n71 and n41, with most 5G phones from the last couple of years supporting both 5G bands. Band n71 serves as the 5G network's foundation with 305 million people covered, while band n41 adds a lot more speed where needed. Currently, band n41 covers more than 165 million people. In the past, Tello used Spri...

A OnePlus 9 upgrade could arrive this fall. Here's what we know so far.The OnePlus phone release schedule used to be beautifully straightforward: the Chinese phone maker would release a flagship sometime in spring or early summer, followed by a T model with some minor improvements on the original in late fall. Last year's OnePlus 8T improved on the OnePlus 8 with its 120Hz AMOLED display and 65W charging at a slightly higher price than the 8. Simple! But recently, OnePlus started shipping its phones in more markets — and made its lineup more complicated. "Pro" phones appeared in 2019, followed by a surge of mid-range phones like the OnePlus Nord 2 and budget handsets like the OnePlus Nord N200 5G. To top it off, the OnePlus 9R launched earlier this year, which our reviewer noted was essentially a rebranded OnePlus 8T.In the midst of this crowded lineup and a global chip shortage, OnePlus has apparently decided to forego the OnePlus 9T. Android Central's Asia Editor Harish Jonn...

At this point, Bluetooth wireless headphones have become ubiquitous, coming in various styles and feature sets to support great sound. There are many great options, and chief among them are the Sony WH-1000XM4 at the top of our best wireless headphones. Their sound quality is great. They have industry-leading active noise cancelation (ANC), long battery life, and fit comfortably for long-term use.Best overall: Sony WH-1000XM4There aren't many flaws to point out with the WH-1000XM4, which was in the same spot before. One of the biggest reasons is the ANC performance, which gets an upgrade here courtesy of Sony's QN1 processor and a dual noise sensor that does the work of blocking out the background. So commuting on a bus, train, or plane won't be a problem while wearing these. Sony's pedigree in this area shows itself with true wireless earbuds, too.Sony chose not to change anything about the sound signature, preserving the same bass-heavy balance that sometimes drowns out the...

Do you think protection plans are worth their expense? We've all seen how the prices of the best Android phones have continued to rise over the past several years, while at the same time, the construction of devices like the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3 have become ever more complex. Therefore, it stands to reason that more and more consumers might want to protect their investments however they can.For many, this protection comes in the form of a strong screen protector and/or a solid phone case. Still, others may augment this physical protection with a bit of "virtual" protection in the form of a phone insurance plan.Sometimes these protection plans are purchased through your phone carrier, while other times, they can be acquired directly from the phone manufacturer, such as Samsung's Care+ or Apple's AppleCare+ services. And then there are third-party service plans that you can purchase from companies like SquareTrade or Asurion, either directly or through a retailer s...

You've never heard of it, but Obsidian is the best notes app out thereAs someone who is a bit too obsessed with the world of productivity apps, including the best to-do apps, it feels like there's always something different to try out. Google Keep reigns supreme for many, thanks to its simplistic yet powerful design and set of features. But there's just something about it that keeps me from using it on a daily basis. For years, I relied on an app called "Drafts" by Agile Tortoise, but the problem there is that it's only available for the Apple ecosystem of devices. For quite a while, I thought Notion would turn into my "all-in-one" productivity solution until I discovered that actually writing articles and long-form pieces in it created another set of unnecessary frustrations. Then, I started hearing rumblings about an app called Obsidian. I was wary about diving in because the app was still early in its development. I didn't really have the time to try and move everything over t...
