Ruslan Kogan, the founder of the major online retail store Kogan.com, has admitted that he was wrong about businesses needing physical retail stores. After a decade of calling retail stores 'dinosaurs' Kogan has decided to open a store in Melbourne. With many stores moving to an online model this direction change from Kogan in the current Australian market is quite surprising.
