Best quality old milsurp bolt action?

Hi! So I'll preface this by saying, I'm fully aware old milsurp bolt actions kinda suck when compared to modern day rifles.

I'm not really looking for these due to them being practical, more for the fun and 'coolness' factor of them.

I'm mainly looking for accuracy (gun range fun), and looks if I'm being perfectly honest. Recommendations would be GREAT.

I've heard the 1903 Springfield and Kar98k, and the K31 are good, but I'm not sure which is the best.

If I'm being stupid please tell me, I'm not good with oooold rifles.
