Assignment/ bullet velocity

So I have an assignment and I have to present in front of a jury a topic in physics. I'm going to talk about how ballistic is used in criminology and I wonder if anyone knows a website where I can find the result of an experience with ballistic gel. I need to pick a weapon and find the velocity of the bullet when it enters the gel according to how deep the bullet went. So I was hopping I could find the results of such an experience.
