Tampa Bay Rays defeated Philadelphia Phillies, 7-4. Francisco Mejia hit a three-run shot in the 9th inning to take the lead for the Rays.

The Houston Astros defeated the Kansas City Royals, 6-5, with help from Alex Bregman's RBI double in the sixth inning. This was Bregman's first MLB game in over 2 months. Yordan Alvarez belted his 26th homer on the season in the fourth inning.
