Traffic Camera Captures the Unexpected Sight of a Snowy Owl Soaring Over a Montreal Highway

On January 3, a beautiful snowy owl made a very unexpected but welcome appearance on a traffic camera that keeps watch over Highway 40 in Montreal, Quebec. Transport Minister Robert Poiti graciously announced the sighting over Twitter and posted photos on Facebook.
