Turn it up to 11.

Jonathan Toews scored a pair of goals, including the game-winner, as the Chicago Blackhawks won their 11th straight game with a 5-2 victory over the Montreal Canadiens at the United Center on Sunday night.

The Canadiens lost for the fourth consecutive time, and for the sixth time in their last eight games.

Montreal goaltender Ben Scrivens dropped to 0-3-0 after allowing four goals on 32 shots.

The Habs have 23 wins and 23 losses this season. 13-21 without Price.

Toews tallied twice in the second period and added an assist on Marian Hossa's empty-netter late in the third.

Hossa notched three points himself, assisting on both of Toews' markers in the middle stanza.

The Canadiens certainly miss Carey Price, but a lack of offense hasn't done them any favors.

Habs have scored three goals or more five times in their past 23 games. They did it 19 times in their first 23 games.

The defense hasn't been stellar either.

The Blackhawks haven't tasted defeat since a 2-1 loss to the Carolina Hurricanes on Dec. 27.

The Canadiens host the Boston Bruins on Tuesday night before a 10-game stretch that includes two games against the Buffalo Sabres, two against the Columbus Blue Jackets, as well as matchups with the Hurricanes, Edmonton Oilers, and Toronto Maple Leafs.

Montreal may have a lighter schedule on the horizon, but the Canadiens are now clinging to the second wild-card spot in the Eastern Conference after spending much of the season's first half atop the standings.
