Industrial designer James Stumpf of Stumpf Studio who's known for his unique designs, has created Fluidk, a beautifully sleek concept scale that is made completely from glass and utilizes colorful fluid to indicate a person's body weight. The scale is also fully adjustable and climate sensitive.

The platform features a fluid pump at each corner which pushes fluid through the display tube while subsequently compressing air on the opposing side to illustrate the user's weight. The platform, base and tubing are made from glass. There is a compression port and bleed valve in the front edge of the scale for calibration. The user can adjust the scale by turning the silver dial located on its face which makes micro height adjustments to the platform. Doing so zeros in the fluid to compensate for fluid expansion/contraction based on the user's climate and ambient temperature.
