Chris Stewart didn't like what he heard from Tuesday's game against the Boston Bruins.

The Anaheim Ducks forward, who engaged in fisticuffs with a much smaller Torey Krug during the first period, appears to have been shown a clip of the call of the incident by the hometown broadcast team. It was Jack Edwards of NESN, to be specific, who berated Stewart live on the air.

"What a manly thing to do for Chris Stewart, taking on a guy Krug's size," Edwards said. "Yeah, Stewart's working him over because Krug is punching uphill and I hope Chris Stewart feels really good about himself."

Edwards cited the 50-pound difference between the two players and then estimated a 50-point IQ difference as well.

Stewart took to Twitter after the game to offer his response.

@RealJackEdwards RealJackEdwards ,,thx for verbally attacking my character live on air tonight #classy https://t.co/mds8yWOqV2

The Bruins will visit the Ducks on March 18, a game that could provide some more auditory entertainment.
