A 2009 Chevy Malibu and a 1959 Chevy Bel Air were crashed head-on in a 2009 test to compare old and modern safety features. Although many people consider classic cars to have a more solid build, the test clearly shows that the driver of the Malibu would be much better off after the crash than the driver of the Bel Air.
