Colombian official calls Lloyd Ferguson Bogota remarks 'ignorant'

Gil Penalosa, brother of Bogota's mayor, says comments made by Coun. Lloyd Ferguson calling Colombia a "backwards country" are ignorant. Ferguson says he's not apologizing.
