Huge waves crash into houses on the Aberystwyth promenade on Monday, hard enough to reach the second floor windows. The Environment Agency issued 62 flood warnings early in the morning and suggested immediate action in the south-west and south-east of England and Wales as Storm Imogen strikes Britain
