In the first episode of the new Tested series Simple Feats of Science!, Zeke Kossover from The Exploratorium destroyed a soda can using only a ping-pong ball, science, and a vacuum canon. Kossover explained how the machine helps the ping-pong reach destructive speeds, and told host Kishore Hari how his school's refusal to buy a pool table led to the creation of this experiment.
