Unable to register with linux mint forums

I have registered with Linux Mint Forums (linuxmint.com/forum) but I need to activate the account.
Unfortunately, the email they claim to have sent me in order to activate never arrived.

I am instructed by the screen that says I need to active my account to contact the board administrator if I have trouble, but I have no idea how to contact the board administrator.

Is anyone here familiar with this process?
