General Atomics Announces Miltec Acquisition And HCVS Contracts

San Diego-based General Atomics (GA) said Thursday that it would acquire defense and aerospace contractor Miltec Corporation from Ducommun Incorporated under terms that were not announced. In addition, the company said it had been awarded numerous contracts from nuclear power plants with boiling water reactors for installation of hardened containment vent and radiation monitoring systems.
