Great Big Story recently sat down to interview America's real life Time Lord, Dr. Judah Levine, to discuss his work at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) creating the Internet Time Service (ITS).
Although Dr. Levine doesn't have a TARDIS, he earned his Doctor Who themed nickname because he is the person in charge of keeping the United States standard of time running consistently, something that is vitally important to modern technologies like cellphones and the Internet.
