Skyway bridge crash: Judge cites charter, rules out breath tests

The breath tests that revealed Sukhvinder Rai had more than twice the legal limit of alcohol in his bloodstream five hours after he crashed a dump truck into the Skyway bridge are inadmissible as evidence, a judge has ruled.
