Tempest takes her training very seriously, acknowledging the generations of sushi chefs that came before her.
When you're at the sushi bar and you make a mistake the guilt for making the mistake is so much greater. It hits you and I'm more heavy place because it's not your knowledge that you're messing up, it is someoneelse's knowledge abne someone else's before that. So you learn something new every time. This is a life, not a job.
