An Incredibly Flexible Woman Performs Intricate Yoga Poses on the Back of Her Trusted Horse

Barn manager Angela Nunez of Wheatland Farm in Northern Virginia has found an wonderful way to combine her love of horses with her love of yoga. Balancing on the back of her beloved and trusted Appaloosa horse Snowy, Nunez performs intricate moves that show off her incredible flexibility, balance and skill.

Standing poses are way more challenging on horseback, and a huge part of it is mental. Not only are you standing on a somewhat squishy, uneven surface, but you're also high off the ground. I wouldn't do yoga with Snowy if we didn't trust and love each other. Neighmaste, friends.
