The Hacksmith Builds a Working Captain America Shield That Is Throwable and Magnetized

Kitchener, Ontario engineer James Hobson (aka The Hacksmith) is the main man behind Discovery Channel's Daily Planet show Make It Real. The Hacksmith builds working prototypes of items from movies and television shows that are requested by his viewers.

In honor of Captain America: Civil War releasing in theaters, James built an electromagnet bracer for his replica Captain America shield that allows him to throw the shield and return it to his arm. Hobson truly is the inventive "Tony Stark of Kitchener, Ontario."
