Stephen Colbert interviewed Columbia Law School professor Tim Wu on the subject of net neutrality (a term coined by him in 2003) while riding the Nitro roller coaster at Six Flags Great Adventure. A federal court recently ruled that high-speed internet access should be treated as a utility, and Wu explains why that matters at 80 mph as he and Colbert ride the coaster.
