A Fully Automated Robot Challenges Human Players to Badminton

A fully automated robot created by students and teachers at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China is now taking on human challengers in the game of badminton. The robot will soon be commercially available, but is already on tour where it has played students, a former badminton champion, and even Chinese Premier Li Keqiang.
