In 2014, Czech artist David Cerny created a giant mirrored rotating sculpture of author Franz Kafka's head and installed in front of a shopping area in Prague across the street from City Hall. In a style very similar to his 2011 Metamorphosis project, the 45 ton sculpture is divided into horizontal slicesthat slowly rotate out of sync with one another.

Stainless Steel, height 10 meters, mass : 45 tons, 38 of them moving. 42 independently driven layers. Max revolving speed of each layer 6 RPM
