[$] Networking without an operating system

At last year's PyConin Montri(C)al, Josh Triplett introduced thework he and others have done to port Python to run in the GRUB boot loader. At thisyear's PyCon in Portland, Oregon, he updated attendees on progress that hasbeen made in the BIOS Implementation Test Suite (BITS) toadd networking support. True to form, his presentation came with aneye-opening demonstration of the networking implemented in BITS.
