Playing near lightning is bound to get you burned.

Detroit Red Wings fan Zander - or @NyquistSnipe on Twitter - came up with a playful but ill-conceived description of Tampa Bay Lightning supporters Wednesday:

you're 1/4 not 1/4 a 1/4 real 1/4 tampa 1/4 bay1/4 lighting 1/4 fan 1/4 unless 1/4 you've 1/4 been 1/4 struck 1/4 by 1/4 actual 1/4 lighting

Several hours later, he tried to get validation from the Lightning team account:

@TBLightning do we agree https://t.co/bC2HHSoaj1

The Lightning replied Thursday with the ultimate comeback:

@NYQUISTSNIPE you're 1/4 not 1/4 a 1/4 real 1/4 tampa 1/4 bay 1/4 lightning 1/4 fan 1/4 unless 1/4 you 1/4 can 1/4 spell 1/4 lightning 1/4 correctly

- Tampa Bay Lightning (@TBLightning) July 14, 2016

Zander actually posted an entire series of tweets about various NHL teams with the same clapping emojis, but only one of them was deserving of a thunderous response.
