Microsoft offers last-minute promos for Windows 10 holdouts

The long-standing free upgrade offer for Windows 10 ends next week. To encourage the remaining holdouts to jump ship to the new operating system, Microsoft is offering an interesting promotion. If the company isn't able to provide a same-day Windows 10 upgrade to your device at one of its Microsoft Stores, it will give you a free Dell Inspiron 15 laptop.
There are some limits to this offer, of course. Devices brought to the store must actually be eligible for a Windows 10 upgrade, and they need to be brought to the store before noon. If the store in question doesn't finish ...
