A Squatting Pooping Version of Jeff Koons’ Iconic Balloon Dog Sculpture by Whatshisname
British artist Whatshisname, known for his popular Good Boy and Good Puppy pooping floor lamps, has created a wonderful squatting and pooping version of the iconic Jeff Koons sculpture "Balloon Dog" that he calls POPek Red. The statue is currently available for purchase via the artist's online shop and comes in three different sizes - the large stands at 120 cm (3.9 feet) tall, the medium sized statue is 23 cm (9 inches) tall and smallest one is 12 cm (4.7 inches) tall.
Inspired by popular Balloon Dog statues by Jeff Koons, the artist added his unique twist, by making the dog squat. This is not the first time this artist references squatting / pooping dog. In 2012, he designed two provocative lamps Good Boy and Good Puppy which became very popular among dog lovers.
