PostgreSQL 9.6 released

The PostgreSQL 9.6 release is available. "This release will allow users to both scale up and scale outhigh performance database workloads. New features include parallelquery, synchronous replication improvements, phrase search, andimprovements to performance and usability, as well as many morefeatures."
