IT Technician nerdyKat graciously offered step-by-step instructions for creating and decorating a cake that is an edible version of the iconic Salvador Dali painting "The Persistence of Memory", which involves a bit of hardware, a bit of fondant and (literally) a bit of time.
This cake took about 10 hours to make but it was fun. I find it quite relaxing to play with the icing :D
