U.S. border fee hike a brutal blow for touring Hamilton musicians

Thanks to a 42 per cent fee hike from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, touring is about to get so prohibitively expensive that local artists might have to think twice about even making the attempt to book over the border.
