Graphic Designer Gives a Demonstration Explaining Why There is Cork on the Back of Metal Rulers

Austin, Texas graphic designer Ilene Haddad has created a video where she gives a demonstration explaining why there is cork on the back of metal rulers. The cork backing helps keep the ruler from slipping on glass or polished surfaces and prevents ink from bleeding under the ruler.
