McDonald’s in Italy Debuts New Nutella ‘Burger’

McDonald's Italy is now offering the "Sweety con Nutella" ("Sweety with Nutella") on their McCafe menu, a desert sandwich consisting of two bun halves with Nutella spread between them served in a burger box.
A soft sweetness has arrived that you will not be able to resist. Try Sweety with Nutella now: soft bread with a creamy, indulgent center!
