ACTION trial: Judge shoots down call for mistrial

The judge in the ACTION fake ticket trial rejected a call for a mistrial after defence attorney Daniel Moore moved for a mistrial claiming the Crown had brought forth "brand new allegations" against his client Const. Shawn Smith during cross-examination the day before.
