Sources Say Toshiba To Stop Taking Reactor Orders

Japanese conglomerate Toshiba said Saturday that it would stop taking orders for nuclear plant construction projects, but finish the projects it has underway in the United States. The company owns Westinghouse Electric Company, designer and builder of the AP1000 advanced pressurized water reactors under construction in Georgia at Plant Vogtle and South Carolina at V.C.
