Vanity Fair asked Michael Bolton to go undercover as a barista at Alfred {Coffee + Kitchen} in Los Angeles and sing customers their coffee orders. Despite some initial hesitation, Bolton rose to the occasion and even went above and beyond for one customer on their birthday.
