It took eight hours and 35 minutes, but fans of Storhamar went home happy Sunday after forward Joakim Jensen scored in the eighth - yes, eighth - overtime of a playoff game versus Sparta in Norway's top league.
The game finished with a score of 2-1, after 2:30 a.m. local time. Storhamar led the shot count by a final tally of 96-93 and ultimately took a 3-2 lead in the series.
Simply ridiculous. And Game 6 goes Tuesday.
