The Courts are Right to Stop the Immigration Ban

The Federal Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit upheld a preliminary injunction against portions of President Trump's Executive Order that bans entry of individuals from six African and Middle Eastern countries. Luckily, the court's opinion have been citing Cato's sound reasoning about the legal and constitutional problems with the order.
