Environmental probe of emissions incident to take months

The Ministry of the Environment says its too early to say if ArcelorMittal Dofasco is to blame for the black grit that fell from the sky onto a north Hamilton neighbourhood on Monday but that environmental charges are rarely laid in similar fallout incidents.
