Kids stumbling onto the center-field grass to grab a home run ball is a familiar sight in Arlington, but tonight, Joey Gallo denied any fan a potential souvenir. The tall, young slugger destroyed an Erasmo Ramirez pitch and banished the baseball to well beyond Greene's Hill, all the way out to the office buildings.
