The Buffalo Bills added $2.5 million in incentives to LeSean McCoy's contract, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports.
The Bills didn't release the structure of the incentives.
McCoy, who's under contract through the 2019 season, has been the fulcrum of the Bills' offense since being acquired in a March 2015 trade with the Philadelphia Eagles. The five-time Pro Bowler rushed for 1,267 yards and 13 touchdowns, adding 50 receptions for 356 yards and another score during the 2016 campaign.
He's scheduled to earn $6 million in base salary this season, holding a $7.8-million cap hit.
