Amid talk of NFL players kneeling during the national anthem and President Donald Trump's instructions for owners to fire any "son of a bitch" who does so, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers made an intriguing post Sunday on Instagram.

Rodgers posted a photo of himself kneeling with teammates Davante Adams, Jordy Nelson, and Randall Cobb during a practice:

#unity #brotherhood #family #dedication #love #

The hashtags of "unity," "brotherhood," "family," "dedication," and "love" just may insinuate he intends to do the same ahead of Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Rodgers recently revealed he supports anyone who protests during the national anthem, but added he would stand. That was before Trump's comments, however.

"I'm going to stand because that's the way I feel about the flag - but I'm also 100 percent supportive of my teammates or any fellow players who are choosing not to," Rodgers said at the time.

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady also posted to Instagram Sunday, using many of the same words as Rodgers:

Strength. Passion. Love. Brotherhood. Team. Unity. Commitment. Dedication. Determination. Respect. Loyalty. Work. #nflplayer

Brady certainly approved of Rodgers' message:
